The only place to begin your Essential Oils journey is HERE!
Most people have heard of essential oils, and have even considered incorporating these amazing gifts of the earth into their lives, but are unsure of where to start because there are SO MANY options.
Essential oils are gaining worldwide recognition for their versatility but their use is not new. Oils have been supporting holistic and wellness needs for the past 5,000+ years!
With a recent re-emergence in natural healthcare (which is picking up momentum year after year), Essential oils have become part of our mainstream culture but there are still many questions that have been left unanswered:
What are Essential Oils?
What to look for in a high quality Essential Oils line?
What is the best method of using Essential Oils?
What Oils should be part of a daily routine?
How can Essential Oils help specific health conditions?
How to bring Essential Oils into your home?
Who should use Essential Oils?
What are the top ten Essential Oils?
And many other questions!

ABOUT ERIC STANLEY
Representing the elite genre of classically-trained artists, Eric Stanley is the new face and persona of the young and creative innovators boldly changing the musical landscape by honoring tradition yet embracing the present.
His artistry is inescapable. No matter which genre of music you prefer, his vibe and melodic presence will resonate with you. Eric has been influential in the art of improvisation by remixing popular songs on his violin and fusing Classical, Pop, Jazz, Country, EDM and Hip Hop elements.
Growing up in a musical household, Eric’s mother would play piano while he and his siblings sang along. During one of his family’s jam sessions, Eric’s older brother played a viola which sparked Eric’s interest in playing viola as well. The then 12 year old chose to play violin instead when viola proved to be a challenge due to its size. During his high school years, he received professional training and joined the Richmond Youth Symphony Orchestra.
At the suggestion of his older sister, Eric uploaded videos of himself playing violin covers of his favorite songs in his dorm room to YouTube while attending Virginia Commonwealth University. To Eric’s surprise, his YouTube channel became a hit. The influx of requests for Eric to perform worldwide began and remain constant today.
Awarded YouTube’s Silver Play Button Award in 2015 and the Black Caucus, Black Student Union & NAACP’s Master Of Music Award in 2012, Eric continues to amaze his 130K+ YouTube subscribers and the masses, hence, his 19 million+ YouTube views.
His impressive performance repertoire includes: ESPN’s First Take, International Emmy® Kids Awards, Hennessy’s 250th Celebration, Kimora Lee Simmons’ KLS Spring Summer 2017 NY Fashion Week Show, Televisa’s TVyNovelas Nominee Awards Party, Birth Of A Nation Premiere Reception, ShaggFest, Super Bowl Champ Michael Robinson’s Celebrity Waiter Fundraiser, 9 Mile Music Festival, Senator Kevin S. Parker’s Annual MLK, Jr. Tribute Concert, Richmond Jazz Festival, Nordic eCommerce Summit, TEDxRVA, as well as Elliot Masie’s Learning Conference 2011 in which former President Bill Clinton served as keynote speaker, just to name a few.
This musical prodigy has performed in concert with Machine Gun Kelly, Mr. Cheeks of Lost Boyz fame, and served as an opening act for B.O.B, Wale, J. Cole, Big Daddy Kane, Kid Capri, Chad Hugo, and Hezekiah Walker.
With a worldwide fan base, Eric Stanley is well on his way to achieving his goal of inspiring others with his violin. "Trying to be better than someone else is a pure waste of time. Strive to be better than you were yesterday" - Eric Stanley

About Lettering By Liz:
Liz Roessler is a life-long Bostonian and professional lettering artist with a design studio / classroom in the city's Leather District.
She has been obsessed with writing the Roman alphabet ever since she could hold a crayon in her lil' hand. Back in the olden days of the 1970s (before the interwebs), as a young girl, she spent endless imaginative hours at a big table at the Boston Public Library, pulling all the beginner's lettering books off the shelves tracing and emulating classic calligraphy styles. She joyfully experimented with letters and numbers to transform them into her own unique, whimsical creations.
After many years of perfecting her self-taught method, styles, and forms, Liz began offering custom calligraphy design work, including envelope art, seating cards, menus, programs, monogram and logo design, hand-lettering on chalkboards and mirrors, and more. For 25 years, she has provided professional hand-lettering work to a wide variety of clients, including individuals, companies and non-profits of all types and sizes, and some wicked famous people.
She is now thrilled to be spending the majority of her time sharing her knowledge and passion for calligraphy, teaching her wildly popular small group classes to aspiring lettering artists worldwide! Classes are offered in person at her magical and enchanting downtown Boston design studio, monthly in NYC and all over New England; also events on-location, and online. Her classes have become in-demand year-round for corporate off-sites and in-house, team-building activities.
Liz is also available to travel to and teach at special events, design conferences, corporate locations, or other locations...spreading calligraphy love across the land!

It started back on November 11, 2015, when Kizomba Hartford celebrated the the 40th Anniversary of Independence of Angola at the Union Station Great Room. On that day, Kizomba Hartford was awarded a Citation by the Office of the Mayor of the City of Hartford for being Kizomba Ambassadors! Also, 11.11.15 was proclaimed "Angolan Kizomba Day" in the City of Hartford by Mayor Pedro Segarra.
In the summer of 2015, Kizomba Hartford hosted its first Mobbinmeetup at the Hartford Riverfront. Dancing Kizomba anywhere is a stimulating experience. Dancing outdoors in the summer breeze by the water was anespecially a fascinating experience because we engaged the public in an art form that they had never seen before. We followed up in fall with an outdoor Mobbin Meetup at Elizabeth park at Sunrise Outlook. Dancing in the beautiful Great Room is a beautifully similar experience, indoors, while connecting with people new to Kizomba Dance from Angola.

Ganja Yoga with Dee Dussault
Ganja Yoga with me is about Mindfulness, or the inner mental work of yoga; Freedom, or your ability to move your body in the unique way it needs; and Alignment, so you can enjoy a safe practice for years to come. Dee has been teaching these sessions for eight years, was the first to offer this style of teaching in North America and is the author of the new book Ganja Yoga. She offers slow yoga classes, designed for any body and any level of experience with yoga or cannabis.
Nidra iRest Meditation with Jaene Leonard
Nidra in Sanskrit means 'sleep.' iRest is a guided body-sensing you will receive in a comfortable position -- seated or lying down -- designed to release stress and heal tension stored in the body. iRest is deliciously relaxing and deeply restorative, helping you to reconnect to an underlying quality of being that is always with you throughout life's challenges and changes. Jaene became a 200-level certified yoga instructor ten years ago and a Level II iRest teacher in 2013, and has been leading iRest classes and private sessions in and out of the cannabis space ever since. She delivered iRest for three years at Harborside Health Center as part of pilot wellness program Harborside Heroes and, for the past year, with its extension, OperationEVAC -- an ongoing, expanding program now in four dispensaries in the Bay Area.
Sound Bathing with Rachel Dugas
"Before we heal our planet we must heal ourselves and those around us. One being at a time, as we reconnect to our inner voice, we feel closer to the divine Mother Earth, and called to heal and protect her." Rachel uses sacred sounds, music, and movement to cultivate mindfulness and reverence for Mother Earth. As a cannabis educator, she empowers medical cannabis patients to own their self-healing process, and guide their healing journey through music, dance, and plants. Rachel has a certificate in Sound, Voice & Music in the Healing Arts from the California Institute of Integral Studies.
